I was using an iPad to start I got on and it glitched in and out and completed all of the assignments 1-4 with one failed quiz. I would like to reset the whole course but they are so hard to contact in help center. Just trying to reset the assessment; and really give myself a shot.

Garbage! 1 - 2 paragraphs per section with one quiz question with a choice of A or B. No final test, all questions are common sense. I finished the course in under 10 minutes. Save your money, this is a SCAM!

I was doing the courses and accidentally hit the back button BEFORE even starting the quiz, and it automatically failed me. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of.
